Work with your coach to create a training routine lasting between 8-12 weeks. Everything from exercise selection, sets, repetitions, and training splits; every aspect of dieting and training will be uniquely programmed for you. No guess work, just real results.

Upon completing your consultation, you’ll receive a training routine delivered through the FitPros App, where exercises are specifically selected and programmed around your lifestyle, preferred training style, and schedule. You will also learn how to track macros effectively, understand portion control, and build sustainable eating habits through personalized guidance and accountability check-ins that keep you progressing.

  • Tier 3 coaching provides the same benefits and perks of in-studio training but in the comfort of your own space.

    You’ll receive a comprehensive program made just for you, with each workout being conducted with your trainer through video call. This allows real time accountability and support, ensuring the work gets done with proper form and technique.

  • Tier 1 – Dietary Coaching is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their health, manage their weight, or build better eating habits but already has a handle on their own fitness routine. If your biggest challenge is nutrition and you just need expert guidance and accountability around food, this is your starting point.

    Tier 2 – Dietary Coaching + Workout Programming is ideal for people who want a complete plan covering both what they eat and how they train, but prefer to work out on their own time and at their own pace. Great for self-motivated individuals who need structure without hand-holding.

    Tier 3 – Online Virtual Coaching is best for clients who want the full, immersive coaching experience — just delivered virtually. If you thrive with real-time feedback, close coach interaction, and the accountability of a true trainer-client relationship, this tier brings the in-person feel straight to you wherever you are.

  • .If you travel frequently, have an unpredictable schedule, prefer working out at home or a gym of your choice, or simply want access to expert coaching without being tied to a specific location, virtual is an excellent fit. Many clients find they're actually more consistent virtually because there's no commute, no schedule conflicts, and no excuses.

    If you're someone who thrives on in-person energy, needs hands-on form correction, or simply does your best work when a coach is physically in the room with you, in-person may be the better choice — and we'd love to see you in the studio.

    The good news? With our Tier 3 online training, you don't have to sacrifice much. It's designed to replicate the in-studio experience as closely as possible, with real-time interaction and the same level of personalized attention.

  • Of course! Virtual Coaching and Training allows anyone from anywhere to receive the help and motivation they need to accomplish their goals.

    If you are not located in the Bay Area or within San Mateo but would still like coaching services, Virtual Training and Coaching is the way to go.
