ABOUT ME

I’m a California native who loves to share my passion for health and fitness. Before pursuing a career in personal training I completed my undergraduate degree at UC Davis and worked in the biotech industry for a few years. When I wasn’t working or studying I was always in the gym, realizing what my passion truly was. After deciding on a major career shift to fitness, I obtained my Certified Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have accumulated hundreds of clinical hours in a physical therapy setting in order to better help and understand my clients who come from different backgrounds and have varying degrees of capabilities and injuries. I believe that it’s never too let to get into shape, you just have to find what works for you based on where you currently are at.

Since then I’ve helped countless clients pursue and accomplish their fitness goals; empowering them every step of the way to build a version of themselves they didn’t think was possible. I love what I do because I get to share the culmination of knowledge that I’ve learned and gathered through the countless years, months, days, and hours pursuing my own fitness goals. Now I get to help others and see them do the same; and its honestly the best and rewarding part of my job.
